A German compound noun that directly translates as twist stylus, Drehgriffel is nothing more than what is required. 

A simple twist of the end extends the ballpoint.  No cap to lose, no clicker to accidentally click.  Just the right size for the pen loop of your notebook, with no superfluous items such as a clip to catch or distract.  The Drehgriffel is made from precision-milled aluminium and brass, then painted and sealed.  It uses standard G2 (Parker) sized refills available in a range of colours and widths.

I know that the only way to decide whether you really like a pen or not is to hold it, which is kindof difficult to do over the internet, so I have a solution. Buy it. If you don't like it, ship it back (your cost and everything must be returned in like new condition), and I will give you a full refund. I don't think that you can get fairer than that.
