The Irish illustrator William Kilburn was a leading designer and printer of calico, as well as being the artist behind William Curtis' Flora Londinensis.  He became an activist for artists rights and his influence spreads from William Morris through to modern copyright laws.

The notebook has 192 dot grid pages of 120gsm FSC certified paper in a 130 x 205mm (slightly smaller than A5) format with three ribbon markers and pouch inside the hard cover.

Paperblanks take great pride in the quality of their notebooks, they are all Smyth sewn to ensure that the binding remains true for years to come.  We tested their papers with our fountain pens before stocking them, and they perform well.
