The cover of this notebook reproduces Michiko Kamee’s “full of chrysanthemum” design, originally hand-painted on a tiny teacup, with gold overglaze and colour on china by employing Kyo-Satsuma. In this design the viewer can see hints of the kaleidoscope of flowers in bloom, as well as fine boned artistry in every brush stroke. Take a snapshot of an important period in your life or simply track everyday experiences over five years by filling in quick notes about each day. Each page is divided into dates with five year entries. To begin, turn to today’s date and write in the year for the first entry. Fill in the corresponding year on every page until the end of the year and then begin again at the second entry for today’s date, and keep going until you’ve filled the book!  5-Year Snapshot Journals come in the Ultra format – the ideal size to accommodate five years’ worth of entries. The notebook has 192 pages of 120gsm FSC certified paper in a 180 x 230mm (slightly smaller than B5) format with a ribbon marker and a pouch inside the cover.
