A simple twist of the end extends the leadpoint.  No cap to lose, no clicker to accidentally click.  Just the right size for the pen loop of your notebook, with no superfluous items such as a clip to catch or distract.  The Drehgriffel is made from precision-milled aluminium and brass, then painted and sealed.  It uses standard 0.7mm leads available in a range of colours and widths.
