Add a pen loop to any notebook which does not have one. The colours match the Leuchtturm 1917 range, but pick one to match or contrast with any other brand.

A 40mm square adhesive patch and a 15mm elastic loop will hold a thin pencil or pen.

This product is just the loop, it doesn't include either a pen or a notebook.
